Witching Hour
Aisles in Blue
In and out the sea
Dancing to my breathing
Cold profound and stoic
There's not much to ask the void
Some might find
Odd my ways
How I thrive
While not awake
Empty aisles in blue
Fill with chants my boredom
Talk of coscience in my sleep
Whisper on me in my dreams
“Why don't you stay some more?
Doubts weigh you down
So close your eyes the usual way
And I'll do the same
Why don't you stay some more?”
Some might find
Odd my ways
How I thrive
While not awake

Loved, Unwanted
Gone searching for what I've
Seen often in my head
And found this letter left
Caught in spider webs
“Have you dreamed the golden
Casket where I'm at
I have been told to wait for you
Once well in the past
Don't come here
Down in the forest
Now it's too late do not bother
Nothing to do here now
But cry over me
Down in the forest
Please understand you're not wanted
Nothing you do will change that
I called out
I prayed aloud
I cried out
For you to find me
Have you dreamed the golden
Prairies in july
I have been told to wait for you
Once well in the past
Don't come here
Down in the forest
Now it's too late do not bother
Nothing to do here now
But cry over me
Down in the forest
Please understand you're not wanted
Nothing you do will change that
Gone searching for what I've
Dreamed often in my nights
But something pulls me away
I'll try again someday
